It is a rewarding feeling to be part of this young generations’ life. It is our duty as educators to provide our students with what they need to prepare them for their futures. We can do that by putting them at the center of their learning through personalizing and individualizing their lessons. Students will gain ownership over their education. My role is to unleash their inner motivation and help them be driven to extend their learning to transfer their new gained skills and implement them in real life situations.
My goal is to teach them well and let them lead the way. I will integrate technology to meet the high demands of every student in my classroom because simply everyone deserves the best and to learn according to their own pace and abilities. I will challenge them every step of the way because I will only accept the best from them. I will transform my classroom into an active learning setting that nurtures a community of unique individualized learners who are engaged to cultivate their own learning experiences.
